Reverse chronology, musings on contemporary politics national and international events, a personal voice, and regular postings. Missing are; a blogroll (though the links on the Granma page could count), any kind of links in the posts, and crucially a comments section …

But I suppose it could be considered a blog. How about a YouTube page, Facebook …?
